A Brenna Funny

Picture it Liam is on one end of the couch, Jason is on the other, Brenna is standing between them on the couch. Got it, aren't they cute? Well then things changed. Brenna starts jumping and saying Stupid Stupid Stupid and looking at Jason. I tell her "Brenna that's not nice, we don't say stupid, tell DaDee you are sorry" She stops looks at him, lays her head on his shoulder and says in her cute baby voice, "I sorry you stupid DaDee" My eyes shoot out of my head and I clench my jaw and look at Jason who has turned his head and is trying not to laugh. I can't not laugh so I jump up and run in to the kitchen and start laughing. It was the funniest thing she has ever said. Poor Jason.

Let the Craziness Begin

Today is the last of quiet nights in our house for awhile. Tomorrow will bring the official boy's birthday celebration and the fun of wound up kids that birthday parties bring. After the party shenanigans finish it will be time to prepare 2 of the 5 youth for school to start bright and early on Monday morning. Yep Monday morning we will officially have a 2nd grader and a Kindergartner. Thanks to Grandma and Grandpa, Lexi will get to enjoy the benefits of an all day Kindergarten experience. I really think this will help her to get the concepts they are working on better as she will get extra chances at the information in different formats.

Then to add to the fun of the week it is also the start of the soccer season and for what ever reason we thought it would be a good idea to let the 3 oldest all play. So we now have soccer practice 3 nights a week. The Baby has visitation on one of those nights so we will have to do the divide and conquer and each of us take an event. Then on Saturdays they all will play at varying times we are lucky that not very many of the games are at the same time but lots of them are one right after each other of course at different field locations. Some how we will make it work, we usually are able to.
